Beginner program are the first step in learning how to play the bass like a pro. All students who take beginner bass lessons receive a comprehensive understanding of the instrument including basic chords, finger placement, arpeggios, tuning, slap and pop technique and octave shapes.

Þór Óskar Fitzgerald
Þór Óskar Fitzgerald, guitarist and bass player, has been playing the guitar since he was 6 years old. At the age of 14, he learned to play the bass and soon after began his career as a professional musician. Þór Óskar has played all over the country with numerous bands. In 2020, he released an album with the band Mad Nona, where he played guitar and bass and mixed the album himself. Þór Óskar’s taste in music is extremely diverse, from blues and soul to heavy metal. His main role models are Eric Clapton, Jimmy Hendrix, Slash, Toto and Deftones and Raidiohead.
